• "Service" refers to the services provided by Fuzespark.
• "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

3. Account registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, to create an account. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below that age.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Prohibited uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• Legal violations: In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Spam and solicitation: To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• Impersonation: To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Harmful activities: In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fuzespark and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Fees and 90-day money-back guarantee

Engagements run month to month. There is no minimum term and no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If we do not deliver the performance target agreed with you in writing at onboarding within the first 90 days of your engagement, we will refund the service fees you paid for that period.

The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Setup costs are excluded: One-time onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover work already performed.
• Your participation is required: You must provide the access, approvals, and attendance at scheduled calls that the Service reasonably requires. The guarantee does not apply where our performance was prevented by your delay or non-cooperation.
• Meetings must be honored: Meetings we book and you fail to attend, or cancel without rescheduling, count as delivered.
• Claims have a deadline: You must submit a refund claim in writing to contact@fuzespark.com within 30 days of the end of the 90-day period.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Fuzespark, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fuzespark is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
